Wadi Coffee is a specialty roastery based in Ottawa, named after the word for “valley” found in Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, and other languages. For us, it’s more than a name—it’s a shared thread connecting Ziad’s roots in Lebanon’s Wadi Qadisha, Prabh’s Punjabi heritage in Chandigarh, and our home in the Ottawa Valley. It reflects where we come from and where we are now.

At Wadi Coffee Roasters, we see coffee as more than a daily ritual. It’s a bridge—connecting the care of farmers, the craft of roasting, and the experience in your cup.

We’re a new Ottawa-based roastery dedicated to highlighting coffee’s natural complexity while honoring the people who grow it. We work with trusted green coffee importers who share our commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability. These partners collaborate closely with producers to ensure fair pay, support regenerative farming, and strengthen coffee-growing communities.

By working with them, we’re able to focus on building lasting relationships and roasting coffees that reflect their origins with integrity.

As newcomers to roasting, we bring curiosity, humility, and a drive to keep learning. Each batch is a chance to refine our craft and seek the best expression of every coffee we roast.
