Return & Refund Policy


1. Coffee: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for coffee.

2. Equipment & Merchandise: Unused and unopened equipment or merchandise
can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping
costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please
contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the
damaged or incorrect item and may send a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the
status of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed to your original
payment method within 7-10 business days.
