Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time:
We aim to roast and ship all coffee to order to ensure maximum freshness. However, since our roasting process requires a minimum batch size, there are times when we have coffee left from previous roast weeks. If an order is smaller than our minimum roast batch, it may be held until we receive additional orders to meet the batch size. In such cases, we will ship from our most recent roast to ensure you receive fresh coffee.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), shipping may be delayed—we’ll notify you if that happens.

Delivery Timeline:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Local (Ottawa): 1-2 business days
  • Canada (Outside Ottawa): 2-7 business days
  • USA: 5-10 business days

Free Shipping:

  • Orders over $50 CAD within a 50km radius of our roastery in Ottawa qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders over $70 CAD within Canada qualify for free shipping.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping at additional costs. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import fees.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at orders@wadi.coffee with photos of the item and packaging.
