About This Coffee
This Pacamara comes from Finca Noruega, a 25-hectare estate near Apaneca operated by Los Naranjos Coffee and part of El Salvador’s Renacer Project, a quality-focused initiative supporting small and medium producers. The farm is known for its meticulous agronomic practices, including soil analysis–driven fertilization, manual weed control, and careful water conservation.
Cherries for this lot are harvested at peak ripeness and processed as an anaerobic natural, with fermentation closely monitored to preserve clarity while amplifying fruit intensity. After fermentation, the coffee is slowly dried on raised beds, resulting in a structured cup with wine-like acidity, deep fruit character, and a rich, chocolate-leaning finish.
This is a bold yet composed expression of Pacamara—layered, sweet, and expressive, without veering into over-fermented territory.
