About this Coffee
This lot comes from smallholder farmers in Bombe village, part of the Bensa district in Sidamo. Grown at high elevations in rich soils and cool mountain air, these conditions are ideal for producing some of Ethiopia’s most exciting coffees. The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and carefully dried on raised beds, developing the fruity, aromatic characterthat naturals from this region are known for.
