About this Coffee
This single-farmer lot comes from Mr. Mengeche Derso, who farms 15 hectares in the highlands of Halo Beriti, within Ethiopia’s renowned Yirgacheffe region. Grown at elevations above 2200 meters, the coffee benefits from cool temperatures and fertile soils that contribute to its clarity and aromatic intensity.
Cherries are harvested at peak ripeness and naturally dried on raised beds, allowing fruit character to develop slowly and evenly. The result is a vibrant yet balanced cup, with floral aromatics, ripe berry sweetness, and a soft, mellow finish.
