About This Coffee

This lot comes from women producers within the CESMACH Cooperative, located in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in southern Mexico. Grown under shade in a biodiverse cloud forest, these coffees reflect careful farming and a strong connection to the land.

The Women Producers program was created to support women who actively manage and work their farms by keeping their coffees separate and paying an additional premium directly to them. Over time, this initiative has supported food security, education, and women’s health projects, while strengthening leadership and representation within the cooperative.

Processed as a classic washed coffee and roasted to a medium-dark profile, this coffee offers comforting chocolate sweetness, soft red-berry notes, and a smooth, balanced structure. It works beautifully with milk, while remaining satisfying as an Americano or filter brew.
