How the Flight Works

The numbers stay, the coffees change. Each spot in Flight 01 is a role, not a fixed coffee: two Latin American coffees, two African coffees, and one wildcard, a very small lot, a limited release, or simply a coffee we think deserves a spot on its own.

When a coffee sells out, we look for something similar to take its number, ideally the same producer's next harvest, or another grower nearby working the same variety. 01 is a Pink Bourbon from Marleyi Córdoba today; if her next harvest isn't ready when this one runs out, another Pink Bourbon from her community steps in.
